Lately I have been getting a lot of web users having issues logging in. They enter their login information like usual, but it says incorrect password. I didn’t know where to ask this because it is WebLogin, but may just be another problem.

So they keep trying to log in and then they block themselves. I set the reset time to allow them to try logging in again to 60 minutes, but it just blocks them indefinitely.

Issue one: users are entering their correct information, but getting denied.
Issue two: users are getting block indefinitely, instead of for just 60 minutes when they attempt to login too many times.

The site is Evo, 1.0.4. WebLogin 1.0 (is there a newer version of WebLogin?)

Check the web user tables, you may have a corrupted table.

I checked the tables and didn’t see anything wrong. I also did a Check and a Repair on a couple tables that I thought would be used during login, but they didn’t look odd before I did that.

Would be something with the web users’ browser? I can log in all day and not have a problem.

Could be; have them clear their browser cache and cookies for the domain.

            I’ll try that.

Does anyone have any ideas as to why when someone attempts to login 3 times they are blocked indefinitely instead of for just 60 minutes, like the settings say?
