how is the rest of your form? Did you setup the recaptcha public and private keys in system settings? you need to get those add recaptcha (just google for it).
I have the same issue, and I made sure I had put the right public and private keys
I could check the links worked by directly going into the source and following the link.
I think the recaptcha code sends the request, but is just not ’treated’ or validated by Formit
I saw that the server addresses are old ones (google bought the service), though they seem to work.
I managed to make sure the field was required (non-empty) by putting the recaptcha_response_field:required in the &validate part
I am not good enough in php to put myself a custom validator, and would happily enjoy getting a fix for that.
Thanks
I have the same problem, captcha does show up and everything but when submit and leave captcha blank it will still submit. Please help how to fix this problem
The same problem here. I’ve a lot of furious clients claiming my neck! Help please, any solution??

In your FormIt snippet call, you should have a &validate parameter to validate other fields.
What happens if you enter a wrong value in the captcha field?
I got it working, for some reason when i comment out some code in snippet call, some how this make formit recaptcha not work. After I delete all the comment code out the recaptcha work perfect. By the way i have one other question. when doing the snippet call for validation these code won’t work. The code below are from the example form page. i have to set it to validate within the chunk email form. Any one know why?
[[!FormIt? &validate=`date:required:isDate=`%m/%d/%Y`,
name:required:testFormItValidator,
email:email:required,
colors:required,
subject:required,
username:required:islowercase,
message:stripTags,
numbers:required`]]

Please, don’t make us having to *guess* what the problem is..... the more specific you are, the better we can help you.
What isn’t working?
What does your form code look like?
The code there doesn’t have any hooks specified.. in other words, it wont actually process it to do anything.
