@sebwebdev: Ah, I see, same here. The translation has been there in previous versions, so I’m guessing it’s a bug in the TinyMCE plugin that needs to be sorted. Not sure how to get it through to the right person though huh

@bennyb: You are right, I am using custom css classes. smiley

      My settings:
      editor_css_path /styles/editor.css
      editor_css_selectors Highlight=highlight, Highlight bold=highlightBold

The editor.css obviously contains the defined classes highlight and highlightBold.

      Hey sebwebdev,

Thanks for the reply, I thought the editor_css_path was only needed if you wanted the editor to display any styles directly as you edit. But i thought i’d add it to see what happens.

The wysiwyg is now actually populating with some but not all the styles in the CSS (much more than i want) and the text is is automatically getting formatted in the editor with any styles in my CSS which i don’t really want but thought this would be the case.

I’ve tried to limit what styles are used via the CSS selectors but this doesn’t seem to have any effect at all.

I suppose i could create a dummy CSS and link to this, but would rather avoid doing this.

@lottaar, have you tried what sebwebdev mentioned, how did this effect your CSS list.

      Thanks

      Ben

I tried what sebwebdev suggested – entering the path to a css file with the selectors I want displayed into editor_css_path – and it does the job! I didn’t need to enter anything into editor_css_selectors.

But aren’t you finding it lists all class from you style sheet and also sytling how the wysiwyg looks.

@bennyb: Yes, that’s true, but personally I don’t mind putting the classes in a separate css file or the styles being displayed in the editor. I actually find it quite convenient even (so far).

I’m not sure if it’s a bug or if it’s supposed to work that way, but since there is an editor_css_selectors option I’m guessing it’s a bug.

I’m using TinyMCE 4.1.1 in Revolution 2.0.4-pl (in Swedish) and get a strange issue with the Insert link function. It works, but all the text is replaced with jibberish - {#modxlink_dlg.general_props}, {#modxlink_dlg.url} etc.

This apprears to have been fixed as of TinyMCE 4.1.2-rc1. There are just a few words appearing in English instead of Swedish now, but I can live with that smiley
