EVO TEmailer hotmail no images

I noticed the last week in hotmail my images are not previewed anymore.

Every emailprogram i see the images, on hotmail (and live) online there are no images previewed.
I did click that i wanted to see the images and the emailsender is safe.
I think hotmail doesn’t reads the <base>www.xxx.com</base> anymore?

Maybe someone with the (EVO) TEMailer can check if the email with image into the content is visible in hotmail?
Or knows whats going on?

getting the url absolute will solve it only can’t get that to work.
keeps making the images url /assets/...
