Help! document via csv or feed

Can anyone tell me of a snippet that take the contents from a csv file or data feed and use that info to create documents? like put colum A into pagetitle etc.? Thanks

If it’s a one-time thing, you can simply use MySQL’s "LOAD DATA INFILE" command. The syntax varies depending on your file format.
