Revolution and Gallery

I’m wanting to show thumbnails from a gallery and when clicked show the fullsize image in something like slimbox. A lot like what I could do with maxigallery in Evo.
Is this possible with Gallery currently? I wasn’t able to figure it out from the documentation.

This is is what I’ve got so far.



It’s displaying the thumbnails but when I click them it reloads the page and adds

to the url.

Any thoughts?

That helped a little. I’m able to get the thumbs to display and when clicked the page refreshes and an image should be displaying but it just shows the broken image icon. I have updated to the most recent version of Gallery as well just in case.

I have put my "getting Gallery" to function on hold while I do other things. Most of my sites feature image galleries. I really like the power and flexibility of combining MaxiGallery with custom added jQuery in the Evolution environment.

I have tried to get Gallery to work for me in Revo but I hit the wall. I would still like to see some nice working live samples of Gallery in Revolution - I have not seen any.

If you get a slimbox system going from within Gallery I would love to see it, and learn how you got it working...

PS: Would this thread not be better placed in the Gallery sub forum? Thats were most of the Gallery chatter is located.

I made some progress integrating slimbox but it was taking too long to figure it all out so I’m going to use the Galleriffic plugin. This thread can be closed.
