I include template files for version control via
[[includeFile? &file=`assets/templates/th/templates/include-test.html`]]
Locally, everything ok. On live server, this php error thrown:
Error: Unknown(assets/templates/th/templates/include-test.html): failed to open stream: No such file or directory
Error type/ Nr.: Warning - 2
File: /manager/includes/document.parser.class.inc.php(770) : eval()’d code

Did you copy that file to the same location on the remote server?
yes; now I found out, it’s only inside Wayfinder; this is how I did it:
&outerTpl=`@FILE:[(base_URL)]assets/templates/th/chunks/th.top.outer.tpl`
