I’m kind of confused as to why the Gallery links images via connector.php rather than providing the source URL. With Gallerific, when you click to download the full image, it just downloads the 500x500 version, rather than the full picture, which kind of defeats the purpose

For example, it has something like:
assets/components/gallery/connector.php?action=web/phpthumb&w=500&h=500&zc=0&far=0&src=
http://url.to/file
Shouldn’t it just have the URL to the file, so that it’s not providing a thumbnail version(which is what the user would be clicking on to see the full size)? I’ve tried to locate a way to remove the connector/phpthumb bit but doesn’t seem to be an option. Perhaps is there a way to remove the 500x500 vars from the link?
