JOT email notification to author of the one document being commented on

    Jot can notify groups of a new comment posted. How can I get Jot to notify just the one author for that document being commented on? I have multiple web users with multiple blog items so I don’t want all of them as a group (Bloggers) to get notified if only one person’s doc was commented on.

      &notifyAuthor - Send the author of the document an email notification when someone posts a comment

      Just use the parameter with the Jot call on the document in question.

        Thanks...I had that on...and all the users of the Bloggers group got an email. I also had &notify=`1`, then took it off so only &notifyAdmin is there...but not getting any emails now.

          I think I know whats going on. NewsEditor saves the createdby as a negative number e.g. -11 instead of 11. so I need to make some changes to the jot code.
