Hi all,
I keep getting a problem with files (mainly in the cache) where files are repeating themselves causing the backend (and sometime front) to break.
See the attached piece of code for core/cache/elements/modplugin/2.include.cache.php on line 66
Any help ideas on this welcome, keeps happening and randomly, sometimes without any error messages, and a new uploaded + set-up required!

Pointing out the obvious but seems something is up for the TinyMCE rich text editor plugin.
Have you modified this in any way? Changed any of the settings?
Maybe remove it, test your manager and see that there are no problems, then download and reinstall that plugin?
