    Hi

I’m trying to find a field in the MySQL database where it keeps track of the time at document file was accessed by a web user at the web site, not time recorded when saving the document.
Is there such a field ? If not where can i retrieve that field ?
Where are the document file stored in the filesystem ? I cant seem to find them.

Can/Must one create a new MySQL table so that one could achieve the goal ?
If so, what are the steps to it ?
I plan to use a modified version of ListIndexer to get the latest accessed files and print them out on to the web user.

    [!ListIndexer?LIn_root=53,54 &LIn_sQty=5!]

    Any help is appreciated

editedon != file access time -- this is the last time the document is edited in the manager.

Some information is in the active_users table (web users have a negative internalKey id) but only when first logging in. You’ll need a plugin to store the required data for web users. If you decide to use the already existing active_users table, keep in mind that this keeps a fairly exhaustive record of manager user activity, and can (and should from time to time) be emptied from the Reports -> Manager Actions menu. A custom table that has built-in size limits would be much more practical.
