Hi there
I searched an Addon to add Code snippets to my MODx pages (for Frontend for example Blog posts) but didn’t found something.
For example I want to show users code examples in blog posts. It should be possible to copy this code samples to clip board.
And it would be cool when I could change the style of this code blocks...
Anyone a tip?
There is an add-on (actually more than one) but I can’t remember what they’re called.
A quick fix it just to put a comment in the tag so MODx won’t parse it:

If it’s multiline code, you can use <pre></pre> around it.
For PHP, you can entify the php tags:

Thanks for your Answer.
What’s about color scheme? Maybe I want dark background. So I have to change some colors from the syntax highlighting. Would this be possible?

I think EditArea will do that: http://modxcms.com/extras/package/?package=514
I also found this but It looks more like a replacement for the backend code editor. Isn’t it?
I think it works in the front end, but it may be more of an editor than a display tool.
Brackify is definitely for the front end (but doesn’t do syntax highlighting).
Not sure about GeSHi.
