I am looking for a snippet that does automatic tag generation. When you click on the tag it will go to that page i tired

But it doesn’t work properly. It takes to you a form. Any ideas.

I use http://modxcms.com/extras/package/?package=446 with a modified list of stopwords. Isn’t the easier to set up, but works well. http://salscode.com (see the bottom of any page for an example).

I have used this but the only problem is it lists so many tags that when u click on one of the tag it goes to a form to fill out. Not sure why it doesn’t go to the document page. Also I couldn’t figure out how to limit the number of tags displayed.

It cannot limit the number of tags displayed but instead you can set the minimum # of occurrences of a word for it to be displayed.

As for the search form, I agree it would be nice if it linked directly to the page except there is one problem with this, most of the Tag Words occur in more than one document. So instead each word links to an AjaxSearch results page and makes that Tag Word the search word, displaying all the docs it occurs in. An example of this is on my site http://salscode.com.

Here is the landing page, Doc 64. I put the same parents so it would search the same docs that the tag did.
