Report Abuse

Can anyone recommend a snippet I could modify to create a "report abuse" feature? I’d like to add a link in my template that will report the page id where the link was clicked and allow the visitor to comment on the infraction.

Can anyone give me some direction. I’m not skilled enough at this point to build a snippet from ground up. Is there a Tell-A-Friend snippet or something similar to start with?
