i have some problems with the tx newsletter plugin.

I get a newsletter with the unsubscribe link. I click to the link. Then i was on the right site for unsubscribe, but if i click the button "unsubscribe" the txnewsletter open a incorrect address. /index.php?&id= without a number.
If place the code [!TXNewsletters!] on the homesite, then if it possible to unsubscribe.
Modx open /index.php?&id= without a number, so modx show the errorsite.
I don’t no what i can or must to do, that the plugin works correct.
I need help...
