next / previous project

I have a website where i’d like to have a button to go to previous or next project page.
I’d like to navigate true the pages into id 53.

How can i do this in modx? Is there a snippit for this?

Hi fourroses,

have a look at the PrevJumpNext Snippet:
http://modxcms.com/extras/package/351
http://www.modxcms.com/forums/index.php?topic=5925

there’s some updated snippet-code in the forum’s thread

Nice, works great! Thanx.

I also want to preview an TV image of that previous page or next page.
Do you know what to use for that?

hmm...don’t know, maybe have a look at the GetField Snippet, but that would be somehow a "hardcoded" solution: http://modxcms.com/extras/package/173
what do you want accomplish exactly?
maybe also have a look at Ditto:

Cant upload my screendump, The attachments upload directory is not writable. Your attachment or avatar cannot be saved. Weird... It’s here now: test.esens.nl/example.jpg

With the PrevJumpNext Snippet i don’t think it’s possible to preview a TV image of that next or previous page, it can only show text.

I have a page PROJECTS, that page has some subpages, into that subpages you can go to next or previous subpage.
Also on that page u can see a TV image of that next or previous page.

will this be some kind of a javascript content-slider...you could use Ditto to get the contents of the subpages in the desired form. not sure how to get the prev/next ressource on the subpages itself though. maybe post a new thread in the Ditto subforum: http://modxcms.com/forums/index.php/board,180.0.html

this is probably because you are a new member and this function has been disabled for security reasons

I have uploaded some screendumps before so it’s weird.

Well, yes for the middle image, it’s a js slider.
But that works, also the next and previous buttons.

I think it will be possible with the PrevJumpNext snippit.

Seems u can make a chunk although when i tried it didn’t worked. Only with some text.
