Blogging for a complete newbie

Hello all

I have recently been converted to Modx by a friend and love it but previously have been more involved in the css, xhtml and image creation side of things so be gentle!

I have seen there is a nice piece from 2005 on blogging however I have installed and created my site using the newest version of Modx (1.0.0). I believe Ditto and Reflect are the guys to use but other than that I am really stumped.

Has anybody got any starting points for me? I really am starting from scratch

Thanks in advance!

Thanks so much for your reply! Sorry I’ve been slow in responding. I wanted to answer with a success story

Anyway I have managed to get the snippet on to Modx and add appropriate chunks, TVs, resources etc so the basics are working. I will try and get Jot working with comments. I do have to admit to being very overwhelmed by it all so I might be back soon with some more baby questions!

Thanks again
