RSS Feed with Ditto only working from the Manager Interface

I put my first MODx site online today (www.semogranby.ca). I have 3 Ditto RSS Feed on this site. When I am in the Manager Interface and preview these 3 RSS Feed, it’s work superbly.

I follow the instructions in the MODx WIKI Basic RSS Feed scrupulously. Here my code : [[Ditto? &parents=`8` &format=`rss` &summarize=`20` &total=`20` &commentschunk=`Comments`]]

But when I logout, and try to see these 3 RSS Feed, it does not work. It simply display my errors page.

Can someone be kind enough to tell me where I make a mistake?

MODx version : 0.9.6.3

Did you set the document (resource) with blank template, content type: XML, "name.rss" as alias (FURL turned ON)
and is the document published?

OK it is working now.

Thank you for your checklist. I actually had not published the RSS documents, as ridiculous as it sounds.
