Exclude last child documents in Wayfinder

I’m working on a menu in Wayfinder with a maximum of 4 levels. Some menu items just have 1 or 2 levels.

I want to exclude the last level in each menu item, so the last child document in the wayfinder tree. This can be level 2,3 or 4, depending the depth of the menu-item. It has to be dynamic so the &excludeDocs parameter doesn’t work for me.

Is there a way to exclude all the child documents of a parent with wayfinder? Or exclude the last level or last 2 levels?

Out of the box, no I don’t think so...Sounds like you need some conditional logic snippet to achieve this..
