I’ve got sort of an odd problem.
The TinyMCE editor seems to behave differently between the various manager users.
The default behavior is for the toolbar to be on the top, and the image button to have a button within the popup that allows browsing and selecting the image to include. Unfortunately the toolbar now appears at the bottom, and the image browsing button within the popop this has completely disappeared. I have tried changing the settings under Tools -> Configuration and changed the TinyMCE settings betwen Simple, Advanced, Custom and so forth, but no joy.
Is this a bug, or did I do something wrong? How do I fix this?

Each manager user can also have individual settings. Check the User tab for their settings.
What should the settings be for the default "full experience" with all of the buttons on the top, etc.?

On my own site, I have the editor to use set as "TinyMCE", the TinyMCE Theme set to "content editor", and the paths all have the "use system settings" box checked.
