Install of TVEDITOR gives a Parse Error?

Hi,

I have installed TV editor and get the following when I try to activate it?

Anyone had a similar problem or is there an alternative way of creating a search form for use with ditto.... I am looking for a meny where the user selects a region and then a sub catergory under region and this pics up those documents that match the criteria in the TV. i.e North East (criteria1) and Food Safety(criteria2). Any help would be gratefully received. PS I am loving this Mod X .

Looks like a double <?php and ?> tags at the beginning and end of the snippet.
