    Hi all MODxers!

I’m using SPForm (which I’ve implemented ok in the past.)

This time however, I get the following error from the spfromproc page (after submittting the form)

Fatal error: Call to undefined function webAlert() in C:\www\supa\assets\snippets\spform\spformproc.inc.php on line 594

From looking at the code I’m guessing webAlert is a modx core method? Can anyone tell me where it should be defined and why I might be missing it?

    Thanks
    Alistair

Try changing the call in spformproc.inc.php to $modx->webAlert(etc. ...). The webAlert() function is defined in the document parser so it’s part of the $modx class.

BTW, the fact that it’s trying to call webAlert there means that the mail function has failed. Usually, that means that the host has the mail() function disabled. If that’s the case, you can change the SPForm configuration to use SMTP.
