RSS Feed problem

I have a RSS Feed using Ditto but I have a big problem.
My website has several documents as containers in root and my articles that I want to show in y RSS Feed are in these containers.
I have a couple more documents in root which are a privac policy doc and a xml sitemap etc.

I have these docs that have no content listed in my RSS. Is there anyway I can get rid of them. I tried to look for parameters for Ditto to insert some sort of TV that I can set to 1 or 0 to exclude some docs from being in my Rss but it seems there isn’t anything that would do that. I managed to get rid of the containers by using &hideFolders parameter.

How about using &filter parameter to exclude some specified documents ?

I was actually looking into this. But the documentation doesn’t say how to use it properly.
Let’s say I have a TV called RSS_exclude having a boolean type value. What would my filter look like??? What are the parameters I’m comparing.
RSS_exclude==1 would mean I exclude any document having this TV set to 1 but what’s my suntax in my Ditto call??
