Dropdown Menu with Ditto

Hello,, im Modx newby and just developing my first site there. neeed some help. i want a classic dropdown menu for my site.. im trying this:

dropdown menu is showed but just its doesnt jump to the page - first issue

and i need my children pages to be there too.
