Ditto filtering/hiding containers/parents but displaying docs/children

I was wondering whether there is way to filter the output of ditto to retrieve only the documents under the containers, and not the containers themselves:
[[Ditto? &parents=`53` &display=`1` &tpl=`daily_scoop_tpl`&orderBy=`createdon DESC` &summarize=`1` &filter=`id,89,2|id,69,2|id,90,2|id,91,2|id,92,2|id,104,2|id,93,2|id,105,2` ]]

&hideFolders obviously hides the container and its children, which is not what I want.

I’ve not tried myself, but try &filter=`isfolder,1,2`.

Anyway, I happened to find a work-around to this issue:
[[Ditto? &parents=`55,56,66,67,68,75` &display=`1` &tpl=`daily_scoop_tpl`&orderBy=`createdon DESC` &summarize=`1` &filter=`id,89,2|id,69,2|id,90,2|id,91,2|id,92,2|id,104,2|id,93,2|id,105,2` ]]

Where I list the parents or containers where I want to retrieve the docs from.
