Hi, well I’m fairly new to modx and I’m having problems with the Jot Snippet.
I want people to be able to leave a comment on my blog-type page and have to type in a captcha. From my understanding Captcha is built into Jot. I turned it on in the resources admin panel but I’m not sure if that even matters, because it would only show up for when users are logging in.
I then manually changed the below line in "jot.class.inc.php", and set it to "2". This was successful, well kind of, because the image appears. But, when attempting to click on the image to refresh it, or submitting the form, it comes up with an error because the page it wants to go to does not exist. "article-1240609208.html"
$this->config["captcha"] = !is_null($this->Get("captcha")) ? intval($this->Get("captcha")) : 1; // Set captcha (0 = disabled, 1 = enabled, 2 = enabled for not logged in users)
Any ideas?
I look to the forum as my last resort. I’ve searched the forum, wiki, and google and have come up empty-handed. Is it something minute I’m missing here?
How can I get captcha in my Jot form?
Oh, feel free to move this to the proper category, I failed to see it down there.

Sry.
Thank you for all who took a look at my problem.
EDIT: I have seemed to solve the problem(s) with this after turning on Friendly URLS.
