Hi every1
I´m totally new to MODx but have now got my site working and I accomplished to have it output my menu.
Now I have a couple of questions for all of you advanced users, and I hope that you can guide me through some of it.
1)
News publishing. I would like to publish som news on my site in a specific div container - and have it show maybe the latest 3 news
When I click the header of one of these news it goes over to another page where I can read the entire news, that maybe contains pictures or documents as well.
Once I am done reading I should be able to click another link that takes me back to the entire list of news on the site.
How can I do this?
I read something about Ditto, but don´t know what it is?
2)
I wish to have som references on my website in regards of screendumps being accompanied with a tiny text description and a Link possibly to the website.
Can this be done somehow other than merely have it operating as static html ?
And in such case, then how?
Could any of you please guide me in these matters so that I could take one step away from being a complete newbie?
Best regards
//Carsten
