Problem with eForm, dont parse code

Hi on my site i have created a formular with eform, but then i doesnt work, it doesnt parse the code.

What did i do wrong?

you called it cached [[ in the front, and uncached !] at at the end. Try calling it uncached at both ends [! !]

don’t wrap it in <code>-tags, place it like this in your template.
