Mod_Rewrite and some questions

Hello,

i use Use friendly URLs and is work fine, but in my Apache log i every day find this error:
[Wed Dec 10 13:35:01 2008] [warn] RewriteCond: NoCase option for non-regex pattern ’-f’ is not supported and will be ignored.
and i don`t understand where is the problem... my .htaccess is by default with instalation.

i have one more question:
i wish use Cyrillic symbols (utf8) in Document’s alias and then my URL is in Cyrillic for example:
now: http://www.mysite.com/about-me
in Cyrillic is: http://www.mysite.com/за-мен
(this is frendly for search engines...sure for my country and language...)
is that possibly in modX and what is the steps/way...?

That’s odd, your .htaccess file has no NC lines (except the ones that are commented out). Are you sure you don’t have another .htaccess file lurking around somewhere in another directory (maybe higher up in the tree or in a subdirectory)?

i look for another .htaccess file but there is nothing...
