    Hi,

    I’ve been using modx for quite some time now without any problems but this one has me stumped.

    Im using treasure chest 1.0.

    On my add item pages i get "error on page" in the status bar. It also doesn’t add anything to the cart when I click the add item link.
    Upon further investigation the error details are:

    Line: 1
    Char: 1
    Error: syntax error
    Code:0
    URL: http://xendesign.co.uk/crystalpost3/index.php?id=3

    Has anyone got a clue what could be causing the problem?

    Many thanks in advance.

    This is my first post so please tell me if I have made any posting mistakes.

      Have you been working on the site since you last posted? I’m not sure what I’m looking at... sad

      What have you changed recently? Sometimes something as simple as changing permissions on the server can affect how Snippets run.

        Thanks for your reply.
        Since my last post I have re-installed modx and treasure chest but unfortunately I am still getting the same problem sad

        The new URL is:

        http://crystalpost.co.uk/index.php?id=7

        Also, when I click view cart it just comes up empty.

        I changed all the permissions as you suggested but still no joy. I would greatly appreciate any further help.

          Ok. Cool. Sorry I’m so dense, but could you outline EXACTLY what you are doing on that page and what you expect to happen? The only relevant thing I see on that page is a link named "Add to Cart" pointing to "#"... which does nothing (as one would expect). Thanks for elaborating.

            No problem, thanks for taking the time to help.

            The page is a pretty basic product page. You click the add item link to activate the [+treasure.add+] and consequent function. This adds the item to the basket displayed in the upper right hand corner – once the link is clicked, the item is added to the basket and the basket area should display an item counter.

            In the pages main content I am using the standard call:

            [[treasureChest? &item=`1`]]

            In the page template I call a chunk, the content of which is:

            <div id="product">
            <div id="productimage">[+treasure.image.thumb.thickbox+]</div>
            <div id="productcontent">
            <div id="producttitle"><h4>[+treasure.item_name+]</h4></div>
            <div id="productdescription">[*#productinfo*]</div>
            <div id="productprice">£[+treasure.amount+]</div>
            <div id="add">[+treasure.add+]</div>
            </div>

            </div>

            The [+treasure.add+] should add the item to the cart but instead the link just “#”.

            This one has me stumped. If you need me to explain anything else about the site then I will be happy to.

            Thanks in advance.
