KiweeCommerce - trouble installing.. dbconfig isn't writeable

When installing KiweeCommerce I get this error:

Can’t open dbconfig...is it writeable?

What exactly would I need to do to make ’dbconfig’ writeable? I doubt it’s a file I can just chmod, but I’m new to the whole CMS/PHP/MYSQl thing.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Try to check width Total Commander. Select the file and change attributes.
