    I have modx 9.6.2 with sitemap_1.0.8 installed

Google gives me a warning on their Webmasterhelp section, telling me in fact that there is whitespace at the start of the xml file.

I looked at the forum and saw one earlier question about this in another thread, but not an answer.

I checked the source code of the homepage and also other pages and see that each page starts with some whitespace.

Apparently this is something that the modx parser does.

So  my question is how to remove the whitespace at the start of each page in modx.

I already had this problem in 9.6.1 and upgraded today to see if that would fix it, no luck there.

Problem solved, it had to do with an inc.php file which had a white space before the opening php code, which was parsed before render

Happy to have left Back Pain | Sciatica behind.
