    Hello,

    I’m trying to enable highlighting in ajaxSearch with no success. The search results page simply does not display any highlighting.

    The snippet call is:

    [[AjaxSearch? &ajaxSearch=`0` &extract=`1`&AS_landing=`8` ]]

    The landing page has this code:
    <!--search_terms-->
    [!AjaxSearch? &AS_showForm=`1` &ajaxSearch=`0` &AS_landing=`8` !]

    The plugin name is: Search Highlighting
    The plugin version is: 1.2.0.2
    On system events I have checked: under "Template Service Events": OnWebPagePrerender
    Modx Version is: 0.9.6.2-rc2

    I also noticed that the ajaxSearch_readme.txt file indicates that the plugin name should be: Search_Highlight. I also tried changing the name to no avail.

    Any hints will be appreciated.

    Mc

      You should see the classnames and such that are added around the search terms if you do a View Source. Add the styling for them to your .css file.

        Thank you! Adding .ajaxSearch_highlight to my .css file solved it.
