Every time I put [!WebLoginPE? !] in my template (regardless of what variables are with it), I get "[[WebLoginPE? ]]" out put to the screen. I’ve tried reinstalling the snippet and whatever else I could think of. Can anyone tell me what to look for? I’m sure I’m just missing something stupid.
Thanks!
Tom
First thing I can think to check is all the spelling is the same and make sure snippet name matches the snippet call.
Check the caching etc, that can make snippets go a little crazy, but i’ve never seen this before!
I would consider uploadeding all the core files again.
Be sure the rich text editor is turned off when editing the document with the snippet. See if there are some extra characters in the snippet call.
If that doesn’t help, look in your snippet list and make sure you actually have a WebLoginPE snippet and that it’s name is spelled *exactly* the same way as in the call. Remember that snippet names are case-sensitive.
Finally, try retyping the name of the snippet on the snippet edit page, copy that name to the clipboard, save the snippet, then paste that name into the snippet call and save the document.

The rich text editor will convert all & it finds to &
This will be OK once, as in &param1=`value1`, but when it does it again you get &param1=`value` and the snippet will (quite understandably) choke on it.
If you’re using a rich text editor and you actually see the & instead of a plain & then it’s not good. check the HTML or Source and clean it up. You can also set the document to not use the RTE, or move the snippet call into a chunk.
