How can I pass content editor parameter when creating pages with FDM

Hi,
I am using FDM for create documents from front end and the site manager wants to edit that document using sitename/manager.
But when the document in ’edit’ mode, the tinymce editor[ and its icons] is not showing . Just the code only showing in the document content.
The ’editor to use’ button [ below document conent] also not showing.
How can I get the Tinymce editor for the documents created with FDM in its view IN MANAGER. I don’t need Tinymce in front end. Need only in sitename/manager

In the Manager, when the document is open for editing, in the Page Settings tab, you can check the box for Rich Text.
