Well. I carefully read the Ditto Documentation and did quite an amount of Tests, but i’m not able to create paginated Ditto output.
Actually, the "summarize" Parameter seems to work, since only 3 results are being displayed. However, the placeholders for the page-navigation are always left empty (although there are more than 3 results and a paging
should occur)
Here is the Code i used:
[!Ditto? &parents=`[*id*]`&depth=`1` &id=`news` &summarize=`3` &paginate=`1` &paginateAlwaysShowLinks=`1` &sortBy=`pub_date,createdon` &sortDir=`DESC` &filter=`hidemenu,1,1` &tpl=`NewsBlock` &noResults=`Empty` &dateSource=`pub_date` &dateFormat=`[*DateFormat*]` !]
{{PaginateNavig}}
The Chunk PaginateNavig contains:

Showing [+news_start+] - [+news_stop+] of [+news_total+] Articles | Page [+news_currentPage+] of [+news_totalPages+]

[+news_previous+] [+news_pages+] [+news_next+]

Environment:
MODx Version 0.9.6
Ditto Version 2.0.3
Friendly URLs with "alias path" enabled
Thats about it. I hope somebody can help me out.
EDIT SOLUTION:
Um. I found the solution. It was already posted in these forums, somehow the search didn’t bring it up when i searched for "Ditto pagination". Well anyway, i stumbled across the solution anyway:

Does anybody have an idea
why Ditto has to be called "cached" and the Page needs to be "uncached"? If somebody would explain the mechanics/logic behind this, i would be glad to help developing a (better?) workaround for this.
