Second Lavel Menu

Hi,
I am very new to ModX. I am trying to built a site with mollio templates. Basically I need either

1. A horizontal menu with a submenu. On clicking a submenu, next level submenu appears in the left side bar.
This is I am getting by using

But while I am clicking on the second level submenu in the sidebal, it take me to the desired page but all the submenus disappear. How to keep these submenus visible on clicking submenus?

2. Alternative, I tried to generate a three level menu, but the 2nd and third are overlapping . How to do a neat second level submenu fronm from first submenu?

Please note that I have very limited knowledge in CSS etc.

Please help me to sort out the problem without going very detals.

Hi Sandip - when you organize your documents in a tree structure, this is probably related to not having the correct parent folder for your wayfinder call. Try to make use of the UltimateParent Snippet and use &startId=`[[UltimateParent]]` to indicate which documents to include in the menu. That way the correct menu items are pulled out dynamically, no matter where you are in your structure, as long as there is a parent folder.

As for question #2, I don’t understand what exactly you want to do and what you mean by 2nd and 3rd overlapping.
