I have a plugin for reporting that does not seem to be working on a production site and has completely stumped me as to why. The plugin code is simply:
include_once($modx->config[’base_path’] . ’admin/modules/reporting/reporting.inc.php’);
and it is set for the ’OnWebPageComplete’ system event. I have visitor logging enabled in the configuration and individual pages, as well.
I created a snippet that does the same thing and included it in one of the pages and it works fine...
Anyone else have a similar issue or any suggestions to troubleshoot?
