    I’m getting a problem when using TinyMCE.

    Unless I postion an image within a paragraph, the text on any given page goes straight over the top of my image in internet explorer.

    Fine in Firefox and Safari.

    Any suggestions?

    Many thanks for your continued support.

        And now please give us some supplements:

        • HOW do you put the image into the text paragraph?
        • Do you use CSS and what are the definitions for images
        • Please show us a snip of HTML source after positioning images for deeper analysis (or give us a link)

          Here’s the link:

          http://www.s106741479.websitehome.co.uk/Event-Angels-Formal-Chair-Covers-and-Event-Linens.html

          Here’s the code from TinyMCE:

          <h3>Transform your venue and create a real ‘wow’ factor </h3><img align="right" alt="Lilac Chairs Radcliffe Hall" border="0" height="308" hspace="4" src="assets/images/lilac-chairs-radcliffe-hall.jpg" title="Lilac Chairs Radcliffe Hall" vspace="4" width="231" />
          <p>
          At Event Angels Chair Covers Ltd. we specialise in transformations! We offer a chair cover and decorative linen hire service to accommodate virtually all chair types and venue settings, along with a collection of sashes and decorations that allows each couple to put their own individual stamp on their wedding.
          </p>

          Works fine if the image is sitting the paragraph but not if I move it out of the paragraph.

          The only CSS I have for controlling the image is ’margin’ (I realsie this is duplicated using vspace etc in the code above but I’m just trying to get this to work).

          Many Thanks

            This construction doesn’t validate. Put the image into a p and give them a style with { float:right;margin:0 0 10px 10px; } (or so).

            Set a CSS file with this style (name it "image-right" or so), then put "Image right=image-right" into the TinyMCE settings/CSS selectors configuration in manager.

            And ... forget hspace/vspace. You use XHTML 1.1 (why?). Therefore you should have clean validating source and use of CSS!

              Thanks for your help,

              I will put this into practice - made the mistake of trying to cut corners.

              Cheers
