I am using the newspublisher snippet.
I have created a document named news and have made it a folder. It has an id of 17
I added this to the news document:
[!NewsPublisher? &folder=`17` &formtpl=`blogForm` &rtcontent=`tvblogContent`!]
I made a chunk named blogForm and added the html as in the documentation
I also made a TV named tvblogContent as per the documentaion
The blog page shows up at /news . Filled out the blog page. when I submit the blog I get a javascript popup saying "missing news content".
Not sure what I am doing wrong.

I was running into the same problem, not sure if this helps or not as I see you have posted there also:

You have to use the @EVAL in the TV to get around it is how I solved this problem.
