When saving a user, I kept getting
An error occurred while attempting to update the user’s attributes.

I had a look at the MySQL logs and found the issued query, ran it in query browser and found the following errors:

Out of range value adjusted for column ’gender’ at row 1
Out of range value adjusted for column ’role’ at row 1

I traced it back to save_web_user.processor.php, and found that the roleid varible is never set. I hard coded both, and it works ok.

Similar issue while creating new web user e.g...

    INSERT INTO `modx`.modx_web_user_attributes(internalKey, fullname,
role, email, phone, mobilephone, fax, zip, state, country, gender,
dob, photo, comment, blocked, blockeduntil, blockedafter)
    VALUES(4, ’sdf’, ’1’, ’[email protected]’, ’’, ’’, ’’, ’’, ’’, ’’, ’1’, ’0’, ’’, ’’, ’’, ’0’, ’0’)

Number of values number mismatch and role is empty

Just thought someone might like to know.

Also, I ran into the session_save issue, and it does not appear to be apache specific

    MODx 0.9.5
    Win2k sp4
    MySql 5.0.24a
    PHP 5.2.0

Hi cab0, can you please log this in the bugtracker so it doesn’t get lost in the forums. Can you expand on the session_save problem? Not sure what that issue is.

      Thanks,
      Garry
