Revo Query: Mailchimp (integrated into modx) or Ditsnews snippet?

What do you think? Should I sign up to mailchimp and integrate mailchimp into modx or, should I use the ditsnews snippet?

There’s already a MailChimp integration for MODx Revo. It’s an upgrade of the one for Evo. Haven’t tested the Revo version yet myself, but take a look at http://modxcms.com/forums/index.php/topic,30590.msg353106.html#msg353106

MailChimp all the way!...

What are you trying to do - that is what do you mean by "integration" if you mean just provide signup forms and such, mailchimp has already done all that for you, just include them in chunks [they are all javascripts]

if you are looking for something more exciting and need access to the MC API, then have a look at einsteinsboi’s link. [the MC API is very good VERY well documented and easy to work with]
