SlimStat with newest beta RC2, 3x extra hits for every hit

Hi,

Now i’ve downloaded the latest beta, RC2. I also installed SlimStat, latest. Now for every hit it shows as three. When i reloaded the page after install i had this info:

3 hits, 1 visit, 1 ip

When i reloaded again i got this stats:

6 hits, 1 visit, 1 ip

During the time i wrote this i got to think about it might be the layout template that uses something which makes it load the slimstat more times on each pagevisist, cause im using the template site you get when you install mod x. I don’t recall this from my previous version/server. Is it just the template or is it a "bug" in new RC2 ? I will update to my own design when im done configure & install all plugins and 100% complete with my design.

Please log all relevant details to the bugtracker... This definitely doesn’t sound right and could possibly be a bug. Hmmm... but then again I think Slimstat is tracking hits, not page views, which are completely separate items. If your page has two images that would count as 3 hits (the page + the 2 images). Of course I could be completely wrong.
