Site stopped pulling in css and js

    Please help,

    It appears my site stopped pulling in css and js files; http://www.vet-dc.com/dev, but I see them on the server: http://www.vet-dc.com/dev/assets/css/

    I loaded modx in the root directory to move it over, checked the site on /dev, everything was fine. Started installing packages and putting files on the root dir, checked the /dev site, it appears the css and js files are not being read.

    I have now deleted modx from the server in the root directory, trying to backtrack.

    The /dev site is currently the live one, any suggestions, please help!

      The following 2 files are not found on the server, your going to have to re upload them
