My ModX installation is corupted - how can i repair it?

    I have a big multilanguage / multisite build with modx revo. All pages are working fine, and manager more or less too. I have some unlogical problems with my modx and i’m quite sure that is something wrong with modx.

    Is there a way to repair the installation?? I tryed to update it from 2.0.7 to 2.0.8, but my problems remained. How can i check if all works as it should ?

      What kind of issues?

      Running setup in upgrade mode usually catches a few errors, but seems you already tried that.

        first and minor issue is that i can’t see my username near logout button...

        I have two major issues .. both are permissions related ..

        1. Only admin group can see DIR structure in files tab => first i thought that i done something wrong, but i tryed the same permissions on fresh modx installations and all works fine ..

        2. Components menu is missing except ofr admins ... i turned off components menu for non admins .. but now i can’t get it back ... i tryed again on fresh install and there are no problems ...
