[Snippet] RegisterX

There is no styling for this at all, it’s up to the user to add styling to his CSS file.

As far as modifying the snippet’s behavior, I’m already pretty well tied up with other obligations, and don’t really have the time or energy to do more than bugfixes for this.

UPDATE - bugfix, addressing an issue where under certain circumstances a user would get registered even if the "remove" box was checked.

Also added some brief instructions; there are a number of items that need to be edited to customize the snippet.
