I have just installed the docman snippet and almost everything is working perfectly. I am able to upload files and they are uploaded fine to the server. The problem I have is that when I attempt to download a file all I get is a file with the right name but it has no size to it. No mater what extension I use or what file I upload this still happens. I saw a post about how this has happened in the past but then it went on to say that it was fixed in a later version.

This also happens when I try to checkout the file.

Does your docman installation have a "download.php" file in the main docman folder, along with the filemanager.php file and a bunch of folders?
