[snippet] Pseudo Sql Table from tv manager UPDATED

UPdated dinamic order Values and some fixes
Updated for clear cache and show the tv well
its a rare snippet i do because want to make custom program for a client and only want to have one extra table in modx instalation. realy the snippet put defaults values in a tv what is called from another place like it <select>[*thetvwhiththevalueswant*]</select> and in the options of the tv only need to put htmlgenerictag || option || it show a dropdown in the snipet or everywhere the call are whith the defaults values of the tv.
Now start the snippet is a frontend manager for this values and whithout using mysql could add values to the tv.
this is my usage but could be use for anotherthig (if know another postit)
if anybody whith more enghish could explain it better are welcome

Whith this snipet (whith a few modifications can be for another things) i put in the default values of a tv a string like "for work || For love || for all...." puting alphabetic order this values and combert case to lower (surfing in the code is easy to change case to uper and order desc. whith this values i use for store information like in a help sql table sometimes dont need 2 columns id and the value you put. the id dont save but because you can use in the site calling like a tv (I use into a select stament whith widget htmltag option, and show me a dropdown orderer and in lowercase) and intead to save in the main table a row whith the value of the table id only store the final value directly in a only table whith all pseudosql tables you create duplicating the snipet.
realy i dont know is useful for me go very well and in the future could be more poweful making the habilty to store multiples colums in a multidimensional array to solve the problem and expant to be more powefoul
