Whats the best way to export chunks that I use in every site and import them to a new site?

I ended up exporting them from the data base. They are listed under modx_site_htmlsnippets. Be sure to export any categories you might have setup for them too. If anyone knows of an easier way, let me know.

Probably the easiest way is to package them with PackMan and install them as a package.
You might also be able to use Provisioner.
