[Snippet] UserMgmt (Front-end administration for web users)

Hi guys, this is the alpha release of front-end administration for web users. I call this snippet UserMgmt. Hope you guys find it useful.

REMEBER, this is an alpha version, which is not recomended for roduction site, unless you’ve giving it an intensive test before you use it.

NOTE: I alos provide a user class library, in case someone having a problem in accessing web users data. This library cover the most part of web user administration that you can use on your snippet productions or maybe modules/plugins.
